Fitness: How To Get Workout Inspiration

Picture
For me, it’s all about relatability. While I can appreciate Jen Selter’s ass, I don’t see myself going to the gym with her and doing a workout or chillin on her home gym’s Louis Vuitton Stair Stepper. While I do follow her for inspiration & bod goals, we all want to feel like our results are achievable and "Seltering" in random places didn’t jump out at me as something I wanted to try or work towards. These women, however, shout strength and radiance, as you can feel their endorphins jumping through the page. Let me start by saying I don’t know any of these women, nor is any of this sponsored (I doubt with their following they’ll even see or read this). They’re just genuine recommendations, as I get a lot of questions from my lady friends asking about workouts. So that being said, here are my six favorite Instagram fitness accounts:
@Karinaelle: This is by far my favorite page. I can feel this girl’s smile through the screen when she posts. Her laugh, as much as she apologizes for it, is beyond contagious. She makes working out look fun, not to mention her 15-day challenge single-handedly got me back into the gym again and has been the most effective workout plan I have tried. All around body/personality goals for me right here
@Suzie_kb: I first started following Suzie after seeing a post of hers about fitness and anxiety on the explore page that I really connected with. Isn’t it insane how we can find people now? Since then her page has been a constant motivation and reminder for me not to use my anxiety as a crutch or excuse to not workout or do things but rather to use working out to rid/control my anxiety. Seeing her laughing and smiling in her workout videos gave me the motivation to seek that in my life and thanks to her I found it. I also love her newest Dos and Don'ts series and find them to be extremely helpful!
@TCrosleyfit: Aside from peach goals, this little cutie has some amazing content. I started following her before she kinda “blew up” per say because she was authentic and her workouts have done wonders for me. They always leave the booty feelin sore (as much as I hate being sore, that’s how you know it’s working right?) and since have loved watching her start her vlogging career, as it has been hilariously relatable and helpful. Most fitness models edit their bloopers out and I can appreciate someone who takes you along on the entire journey and not just the highlight reel. I just all around love her account.
@Ampollo: I can really appreciate accounts that focus on correct form. Instagram is an amazing space to find workout routines, but sometimes it is hard to ensure you’re doing these movements correctly and that they translate to be as effective as they're intended to be. I’m embarrassed to say that despite working with personal trainers for years, I somehow was still doing a basic single-leg squat wrong. Amber focuses on body mechanics and I don’t want to speak for all women, but I personally have no “mind-muscle connection,” as my husband calls it, so I find these breakdowns  life changing in getting the most out of my workouts.
@Whitneyysimmons: Maybe it’s because I’ve followed her from the start of her career that makes Whit more relatable to me than she could seem to others ...sitting pretty at over a million followers now, but this girl surprisingly used to date one of my husband’s best friends! Aside from seeing her amazing transformation first hand, what I can appreciate about Whitney’s account is that no matter how far her success has gotten her in the last few years, she still uploads free workout content to her followers when she could easily make money in selling her effective workout plans. Way to give back girl, I appreciate you.
@Chelsvaccariello: Last but certainly not least, this is another popular Instagram account I’ve been lucky to watch grow over the years, as we went to college at Miami together and met through another one of my husband’s friends! Chelsea has amazing content and after watching her fitness journey from the start, I can honestly say her workouts are effective and she knows what she’s doing. I love accounts that embrace imperfections, as we’re all human, so between her “me/also me” posts and watching her grow a fitness journey into a career, I have really enjoyed keeping up with her page!

As always thanks so much for reading and supporting me!
